Hi, I’m Valeria.
I’m a yoga teacher devoted to helping women reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their inner wisdom.
Through gentle movement, restorative practices, and simple rituals, I create spaces where we can slow down, soften, and remember that healing does not have to be forceful.
My work blends yoga, breath awareness, and heart-centered practices that support the nervous system and invite more ease into daily life.
